Large wedding parties can get unruly quickly, but Noah & Stephanie’s wedding party was made up of dear friends and siblings who were 100% there for the bride and groom. They were seriously one of the best wedding parties I’ve worked with to-date and they kept me entertained the entire time – so much so that I’ll be sharing a separate post with all of the funny stuff tomorrow!
Stephanie wanted snow for her wedding and she certainly got her wish because we were hit with a spring blizzard just as the celebrations kicked off giving us a fresh blanket of snow and plenty still falling. It made for beautiful photos and a smiling bride. Their simple yet classic DIY decorations in navy and pink were so chic and they did a fantastic job of incorporating traditions with modern choices, including having a guy serve as a brides-man! They were also the epitome of being flexible, adjusting their plans throughout the day when little hiccups occurred, including when their son interjected himself a bit more than they planned during the ceremony. They just scooped him up and made him part of the moment, which provided several great photo ops. 🙂
It was refreshing to see a young couple so in love and so excited about the possibilities of their life together, yet aware that you have to adapt to what life gives you. Luckily, it gave them each other, an adorable son, a devoted wedding party and a wonderful wedding day to share with their extended family. I wish them endless years of wedded bliss!
