Hannah & Eli

Hannah contacted me to create portraits of her brother and herself as a birthday gift for her mom after seeing my work on a friend’s wedding. We chose Potter’s Marsh, which is one of her mom’s favorite places and she made covert plans with her brother so she could keep the whole thing a surprise. The morning of the shoot dawned grey and drizzly, but by afternoon the sun was shining brightly and we were ready.   I’d planned to use the walkways and wooded area along the parking lot, but we also discovered a hidden meadow nearby that was a perfect option as well. Once we got the shots needed for mom’s gift they had a little fun with some silly “sibling rivalry’ poses as well and we did a few of just Eli to supplement his school photos. I thoroughly enjoyed working with both of them and anticipate you’ll see more of them on the blog in the future. 🙂
